I have always been passionate about nutrition and human health. It has consistently been a goal of mine to become a professional in the health care industry. I have been fortunate to work in multiple disciplines relating to human nutrition and health, with varying age groups, allowing me to gain both ample knowledge and skills, while strengthening my communication and professionalism. The areas in which I am most enthusiastic about are in preventative measures in public health settings, prenatal nutrition, and positively influencing youth to encourage them to adopt healthy lifestyles. In the future, I intend to focus my efforts in these areas, in hopes that it will allow for positive changes relating to nutrition and health amongst families, and communities as a whole. I am keen to help others adapt enjoyable, balanced, and sustainable eating habits and lifestyles while continually gaining knowledge in the field of nutrition and human health.
